Solutions for missed ATC voices in X-PLANE


　　今天終於想到解決X-PLANE航空交管語音檔缺檔的方法，目前已知缺檔為checking_in.wav 和 field_in_sight.wav 兩個。因緣際會下google speech關鍵字，發現有個 Text to Speech的YOUTUBE影片，然後就想到點子，缺語音的片語用Text to Speech做成 .wav副檔名，這樣解決了語音缺檔問題。
　　　　Today, I found out solutions for missed ATC voices in X-PLANE. And given two missed voices, "checking_in.wav" and "field_in_sight.wav", as we have known. It's very lucky that I googled SPEECH keyword and found a video about "Text to Speech" in YOUTUBE. So my idea that is using missed phrase converts to .wav files by Text to Speech. So that the issue is solved.


作業流程：
　　開啟錄音軟體→記下X-PLANE的航管片語→進入線上Text to Speech網站→輸入片語→選擇女性聲音→開始錄音→點擊SAY IT→停止錄音→剪輯MP3→輸出WAV。

Workflow:
　　　　run RECORDER„ „„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„„→ wirte down missed ATC phrase in X-PLANE → link to any Text to Speech website → keyin phrase → choose female voice → start recording → mouse clicks "SAY IT" → stop recording → edit mp3 file → convert to WAV file

安裝方式：
　　把檔案checking_in(v1.0).wav 或 checking_in(v2.0).wav 改名為 checking_in.wav後，兩個檔案 checking_in.wav 及 field_in_sight.wav 丟進 X-Plane 10\Resources\default scenery\default atc\voices\default\ 及 X-Plane 10\Resources\default scenery\default atc\voices\default pilot\。

To install:
　　　　Renames "checking_in(v1.0).wav" or "checking_in(v2.0).wav" file to "checking_in.wav", then copy and paste both two ATC voice files "checking_in.wav" & "field_in_sight.wav" to folders as following:
　　　　X-Plane 10\Resources\default scenery\default atc\voices\default
　　　　X-Plane 10\Resources\default scenery\default atc\voices\default pilot

mono-channel
22KHz sample rate
bit rate about 705Kbps <---it's important! IF NOT THIS, ATC DO NOT WORKS!!!

已知問題：尚未找到／剪輯出和X-PLANE航管語音相同的語調 ... Orz
